Cancellation Policy
*All Concession tickets MUST provide the relevant card/ID on-site to claim the discounted price. Anyone unable to provide this can pay the difference on arrival using eftpos or cash. By purchasing a ticket you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Below is a brief overview of our policies. View the full list at https://www.wellyputt.co.nz/faq . - Cancellation Period is 48 hours prior to arrival for regular bookings, 7 days for bookings during Nov/Dec. No refunds for cancellations after this period. - Late arrivals of 15-minutes or more may have their booking cancelled if we are at capacity with no refunds. - No refunds will be offered to no-shows, whether whole groups or individuals. - All gift vouchers must be presented BEFORE payment, no refunds with intention to add on voucher afterwards, only 1x gift voucher allowed per group (including 'Family Pass' purchases. - We accept no responsibility for any injuries, thefts or losses incurred onsite. You play at your own risk - Charges may be issued for any damages to our property, this is assessed case-by-case - All groups must include at least 1x full paying adult (Over 18) for supervision - No alcohol or outside food/drink on site without prior arrangement - Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave - Photos/videos including your likeness may be taken on site by staff and used on our social media
